This policy explains how Capture That Media collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit www.capturethatmedia.com or use our tools and services.

01Who we are

Capture That Media ("CTM," "we," "us," "our") is a San Antonio, Texas digital marketing agency. This policy applies to capturethatmedia.com and the tools and services we offer through it. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.

02Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer you and run the site:

  • ·Information you give us — your name, email, phone, company, and message when you use our contact form, request the free audit (your website URL and email), book a call, or chat with Mia, our AI assistant.
  • ·Information collected automatically — usage analytics (pages viewed, referring site, approximate region, device and browser type), collected via Google Analytics 4, together with your IP address. We use this for security, to rate-limit abuse of our tools, and to identify the business a visit may be associated with for outreach (see “Website analytics and visitor identification” below).
  • ·Cookies — we use essential cookies for the site to function (for example, a session cookie for our own team's admin area) and first-party analytics cookies (Google Analytics). We do not run third-party advertising networks and we do not sell cookie data.

03How we use your information

We use the information to:

  • ·Respond to your inquiry and deliver what you asked for — the audit, a booking, pricing, or a proposal.
  • ·Provide, operate, secure, and improve the website and our services, including preventing abuse and fraud.
  • ·Send you relevant follow-ups if you're a prospect or client. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying or emailing us.

04Website analytics and visitor identification

To understand how the site performs and to reach businesses that show genuine interest in our services, we use analytics and visitor-identification tools:

  • ·Google Analytics 4 (Google) — measures aggregate traffic and on-site behavior so we can improve the site. Google processes this data on our behalf. You can opt out site-wide with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • ·Business / visitor identification — we may use third-party services that estimate the company associated with a visit (for example, from the network or IP address the visit comes from) and, for some U.S. visits, surface professional, business-context contact details, so our team can follow up with relevant businesses. We use this strictly for business-to-business outreach — never to build advertising profiles and never sold to anyone.
  • ·Your control — you can opt out of visitor identification at any time by emailing us, and you can block analytics and most identification with standard browser privacy settings or an ad/tracker blocker. Doing so will not affect your ability to use the site.

05AI features (Mia and the free audit)

Mia (our chat assistant) and our instant audit use AI — Anthropic's Claude — to process the messages you send and the website URL you submit, and to generate responses. Those inputs may be stored so we can operate and improve the feature and follow up with you.

Please don't enter sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential information into the chat or the audit. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate — treat it as guidance, not professional advice.

06How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run our infrastructure, and only so they can provide their service to us:

  • ·Supabase — our database, where leads, inquiries, and bookings are stored.
  • ·Resend — sends our transactional and notification emails.
  • ·Anthropic — provides the AI that powers Mia and the audit.
  • ·Vercel — hosts and serves the website.
  • ·Google Analytics (Google) — measures site traffic and usage on our behalf.
  • ·Visitor-identification providers — help us recognize the business behind a visit for B2B outreach.
  • ·We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of CTM, our clients, or the public.

07Data retention

We keep inquiry and lead data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected and our legitimate business needs, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

08How we protect your data

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), access to it is restricted, and our database is protected with row-level security so the public side of the site cannot read stored contacts. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to safeguard your information.

09Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on where you live (including under Texas and other U.S. state laws), you may have additional rights — we honor reasonable requests. To make a request, email contact@capturethatmedia.com.

10Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. When we do, we’ll revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
